30th Annual HBCUC Family Day 2026

Get ready for the biggest celebration of the year! 

The Northern California HBCU Alumni Associations Coalition proudly presents the 30th Annual Family Day, a milestone gathering honoring three decades of unity, culture, and community impact. 

• Saturday, June 27th   ~ 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM   
•  Middle Harbor Shoreline Park   
• 2777 Middle Harbor Road, Oakland, CA

This is more than an event — it’s a homecoming for the entire village. 

• $20 per person (ages 13+)
• $10 per person (ages 12 and under)

Your support helps cover event costs and fuels our mission to provide scholarships for current HBCU students from the San Francisco Bay Area. Pay online in advance or on‑site. Additional donations welcomed.

• Catered Lunch — Noon to 1:30 PM 
• HBCU Fashion Show   Show off your BEST ’nalia and walk the runway with pride! 
• HBCU Alma Mater Singing Contest   No lyrics allowed — it must be sung by heart for the trophy and bragging rights. 
• Field Day Games for all ages 
• Card Games — Spades, Bid Whist, Tonk & more  
• Line Dancing 
• Ms. Odell’s Commemorative Cake
